Dream Own Legacy

Dream Own Legacy (DOL)

Dream it. Save it. Live it.

← Back to all services

Dream Own Legacy is the main feature of this website. We buy houses for members – this could be your dream home, or, if you already own a home, we can buy a rental property for you. The extra income can help pay off an existing bond or loan with no additional interest. Existing property business owners are welcome to add more properties to their portfolio, and anyone interested in crowdfunding a stranger's dream home can participate.

Building generational wealth often feels impossible for an individual. DOL changes that by leveraging collective investment: what one person struggles with, a community of a thousand can achieve easily. No bank statements, payslips, or credit records are required to join.

πŸ“Š The model

Members contribute R2000 (South Africa) / CFA 50,000 (West Africa) / $100 (other countries) monthly to buy homes worth up to R1,000,000 or $500,000. Unlike traditional mortgages, DOL offers a guaranteed fixed rate – your payment never changes until the home is fully paid off.

Membership also includes exclusive lifestyle rewards: seasonal allocations for luxury family vacations to Dubai, Mauritius, and Seychelles, plus biannual allocations for dream wedding packages (powered by Legacy Events).

Not gambling – your savings are always safe. Monthly allocations are transparent and live-streamed. If you're not selected, your savings are automatically reinvested and remain available in your wallet.

GMB Legacies is not a bank or financial provider – it's a membership service offering houses, cars, weddings, and vacations exclusively to members.
