The Platform enables members to pool funds towards the acquisition of residential property under structured cycles managed by GMB Investments.

1. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Nature of the Platform (Important)

• The Platform is not a bank, lender, or broker.
• Contributions are pooled solely for the purpose of acquiring property under the rules of each cycle.
• Property allocation, timelines, and eligibility are subject to the specific terms communicated for each cycle.

3. No Financial, Investment, or Property Advice

Information on the Platform is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or property advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any financial decisions.

4. Membership Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Contributions and Participation

Contribution amounts, schedules, and participation rules for each cycle will be communicated separately and form part of these Terms once you enrol in a cycle.

6. Property Acquisition and Allocation

Property acquisition is subject to market availability, eligibility criteria, and the successful completion of contribution schedules by participating members.

7. Withdrawals and Exit

Withdrawals and exit procedures, including any notice periods and conditions applicable to leaving a savings cycle or the Platform, will be communicated in the applicable cycle rules and membership documentation.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Harassment, fraud, attempts to circumvent contribution rules, or misuse of member accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to GMB Investments and may not be used without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party payment, identity verification, or communication providers. Your use of those services may be subject to additional third-party terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
